Laying out for a disc in ultimate, I caught the disc in my left hand and landed jimmy thumb down (2nd knuckle 1st point of impact. Kept playing but it was getting worse. One point I realized I was catching the disc with my wrists and throwing hurt quite a bit so I pulled myself out with great frustration!
