really painful in the morning and then did a 6km orienteering course which was more like a X country run. Groin very stiff afterwards and excruciatingly painful to sit. Not good when you need to do a 4hour train journey. Difficulty walking. Gradually improved. Started strengthening exercises by squeezing football between knees and doing basic squats

seems to be getting better now. No idea what caused it. Have been lazy about doing exercises and still careful not to tweak it. Ran carefully at Bethacar last weekend and it actually felt better afterwards. Gradually getting stronger but didn't like mountain day in variable snow lst tuesday. Kept falling through the surface layers and getting unexpected stretch!
