Actually located more in the side of heel than arch like previous occurances...started after I decided that running stairs on the cruise ship 5 days in a row would be a good workout to limit gaining weight from the all day buffett....Ive continue to run and ski through it....I have new orthodics...ibuprofen every now and then...occassional stretching....I hope time will take care of it...it hasnt stopped me from any training/racing...I just run through it...sometimes major limping the following morning......3/13 got a cordosone shot

dont run stairs on a cruise ship 4 days in a row when you are not used to it....the cordosone shot knocked it out.....made the diggest difference....nice to be able to run without a nagging injury for the first time in years...
