L Arm, Impact wound / trauma

Underside of upper arm (near the sholder.) Soft tissue damage caused by impact with sharp blow from metal object. Felt like a bruise the first day, worse the next day. Invisible but painful! Not majorly affecting my work but I wouldn't go out running.
Just gradually got better...
