intense heel pain now for 5 + months, but really got bad back in the beginning of March. I've been running lots of steep hills lately, I attribute this latest exacerbation to that and increased mountain biking with lots of out of the saddle climbing. Lots of heel pain and burning sensation several hours after a workout, when I'm just sitting around or after I get out of the car between offices. I will start wearing the Strausberg sock at night to try and stretch out the planter fascia. This injury has not kept me from completing any workouts.
