R Foot, Morton's Neuroma

Neuroma acted up again after last AR. Swelling not gone down. Tried 2 miles on the 18th after 10 days off. No good. Must wait longer.
3rd and 4th toe on right foot still partially numb. It no longer hurts to run and there is no more swelling. Will the feeling ever return or has permanent damage been done?
