Developed a sore left Achilles while adventure racing in Sweden, don't really know when it started. Feels a bit like the skin on the outside of the tendon has a blister or abrasion, but it doesn't. Physio recons that its a minor strain where the tendon attaches to the bone. Hopefully comes right soon.
