L Knee, Other

2006-08-10 - 2008-01-01

severity grade: 0

Pain on the outside of the left knee. Most obvious when I place my left ankle above my right knee and press down on the left leg/knee. Possible ligament or tendon sprain. This is not really affecting my running, but I wanted to record it in case it hangs around. May have occurred sometime later during the 1000 day - I'm not sure exactly.

05/2007 - Still there. Likely cause is aberrant running biomechanics due to tarsal tunnel syndrome in my left ankle.

09/2007 - Much improved. I can still feel it with the cross-leg knee test, although its no longer painful.

10/2007 - Not sure if I feel it anymore with the cross-leg knee test, but I haven't run as much lately.
