Right ankle rolled between mile 1 and 2 of 4 on leg 3 of H2C relay.
Still achy and tight, can walk but is sore and tight. Tingles and throbs during the day.
Not running, wearing low shoes to work.
Icing, elevating. 9/3 pm applied Ben Gay and compression wrap over night. Elevated leg for 2 hours.
Finally feeling better, just a little ache after the run, which is not that different from pre-injury.
