After my swim yesterday it started to hurt ... very minor ... achy to the touch on top and sharper pain in one spot.

Took the last week off pretty much, to no avail, it still hurts. That said, it hurts the same amount, and NOT when running. Usually only with loose shoes on. Hmm. I'm making an appointment with the doc for a checkup anyway, so will get this looked at as well.

Well, it's still not totally healed, but is really a non-issue. Hopefully it will fade.
