Rolled it 30 mins into the Highlander (4 hour race)
3 days latter still swollen (Getting an MRI, but it's useless, I know the drill: Doctors will see nothing, nothing torn, or broken, and will prescribe rest and physical therapy)
Here is another month of injury :(
Almost recovered for general trail running and running exercises. Not 100% for forest orienteering and speed work.
