Pain I never experienced in training at about 16-17km. Seemed to be a lot better while running but terrible to walk on or even to start running from a stop. Wrapped it up and was therefore able to finish the race! For the next week walking was quite painful but in my opinion I recovered well and quickly. Took a little too long of a recovery break in my opinion but no matter because I'm back! :)
