L Foot, Plantar Fasciitis

My foot has hurt a little for 2 weeks. When skiing I jumped a good 5-6 feet in the air, but landed flat. I knew I was injured when it happened, but everything seemed ok. The day after my sprints, the heel of my foot just killed. Maybe I wore the wrong shoes? am icing 1-2 times a day and stretching non stop. Straussberg Sock tonight. I feel old with all of these injuries.

I took 2 weeks off of running and wore only super cushion shoes. I slept a couple of nights with my sexy struasberg sock. I kept ice under my desk and iced through out the day. It was a good plan. And best of all it worked.
