Got sore again like the old burn on a 6hr plane ride after first really hard race since recovering... Doesn't seems as bad, but finally, on 10/20, I'm trying to hit this with the magic pineapple many times a day
As of 11/28, it's gradually getting better (after a few weeks of annoyance.) I can still feel it sitting though..
Random flare up on 12/24 but generally barely noticable for the week or so before that.
I still feel it a bit, but I can do intervals, and it's not back, so I'm calling this negligible for now...
