Elbow tendonitis. Having a hard time getting it to resolve.

5/10: Elbow is starting to get better. Had to start doing low impact weight lifting.

had to stop all lifts that put pressure on elbow (high lifts and pulls). Drank lots of water. Used IBU sparingly.
