R Knee, Iliotibial Band Syndrome

Inflamed IT band as it pulls around the front of the knee. Sometimes my quad would start knotting on the outside 5-10 cm from the knee joint and I would also get soreness on the outside around the knobble at the top of my calf.

Glute/ITB stretch made a huge, instantaneous difference - place ankle of injured leg above knee of other leg, and drop your butt like you're trying to sit in a chair.
