L Foot, Impact wound / trauma

Stepped on a nasty rock with the center of my foot during the members only meet at Nerstrand. Feels like a bruise on the middle of my forefoot.
Slow recovery. Can still feel at times, but no longer painful.
Shoe issue from center of sole without rock guard.
