Foot, Other

2010-06-24 – 2010-07-09

Grade: 4

Perforated my foot in a Norwegian forest just before the WC.

Keep the wound out of pressure in the beginning. But if you can't use one leg for a long time (more than 4-5 days), than you need to build up the strength first and be careful with the first few runs... otherwise you will get really sore muscles... finally slowing down the training build up.
Doing alternative training first is good, but for me the biking made my muscles tired, and than running on them killed them (at least my quads).
