2nd run of day, on Monday after a Sunday terrain race (alone), my lower shin/upper-front-ankle (foot-flexor?) muscle got really sore during a run, and afterwards I was limping to walk 10 feet. Much better by morning, hopefully it's on it's way to fine, very soon...
Some massage and ice and advil and this went away pretty quick. Not sure if the treatment was needed.
