L Foot, Ankle Sprain

Sprained the ankle during an orienteering race. Started going to physiotherapy (imacs) to solve my recurring sprains problem. Doing a lot of exercises on the Pita, to strengthen the stabilizers, and they also treat me with electricity, ultrasound, taping and some general pushing and pulling of the foot. Hope it solves the issue.

25/9 - first run, short, felt good.

Race went fine today (Oct. 9), I think this one can be closed (until next time). I was quite careful when running, especially going down hill.
