R Lower Leg, Calf Strain

Two days ago I felt some pain in right leg, so I walk for 4-5min and it was almost OK for me after that. One day ago I did good training and my legs were fine. Today I did Long running session (100min). But after 70min I felt liitle pain in right Calf, but I needed to come back, so I proceeded my session at very low intensity.
Last year I had same problem wich last from November to May :( This year I would not like to repeat it again.
I read in web that I mus stop training for 10-14 days. We'll see if it helps.

it's true, You must stay running free for 10-14 days and not to go Hills-training just after recovery (my last year mistakess).
