training at blue hills with william, mikkel, dan, brendan, lori, viktoria, and hillary. We started at the parking lot near the ski area for a change. running off and on with dan, until the end when he blasted away down the road from the top of great blue hill. I forgot to look at the watch when I started, so the time is a guess.

interval start training course at mount misery with william, mikkel, brendan, and lori. trails very icy, but otherwise it was pretty nice.

a different route through a subset of the controls, to use up some more time.

running a made-up course at breakheart with william. the forest wasn't bad, although we managed to find some thick places. I had notable difficulty reading the map while running, certainly because it's been a few months since I did it regularly.
