some jogging after the long-o to ensure I can still walk tommorrow

Orienteering race (race) 2:52:00 [4] *** 22.0 km (7:49 / km)

the long-o champs...ugh. a few small mistakes. 1100m climb, legs started feeling like jello the second half. 11th halfway, 7th overall (6 US). ahr:167 (170/164 for each loop)

short course champs. very good race, one 40 sec mistake...30 sec and two places out of silver.

first day of the flying pig. resting for the big days, but still ended up working pretty hard. not so good technically, maybe 2.5-3mins errors. ahr:179

rest today. had two midterms, swedish and "network optimization" which went pretty well and not so well respectively. went to sleep last night instead of studying, to rest up for this weekend...have to get up pretty early tommorrow to catch a 6am flight to ohio.
