Orienteering race (race) 1:29:30 [4] *** 11.94 km (7:30 / km)

trials day2. trying to not run faster than yesterday due to trickiness, but still feeling more tired (tripping) on the last third. 75-90s lost in one big (60s) and one or two little bobbles. pretty satisfied, although maybe too sloppy--big error definately due to tiredness resulting in brain malfunction. a tough course though. ahr:174; now 2nd overall w/o mikell

5+10min, +strides in the cooldown. ripped a 2 inch round hole in my shoe today...

team trials day1. not as hard as everyone thought it was going to be. proceeded cautiously anyway--not worth an error. (had 15-20s in one mistake) lots of crap underfoot to trip on though. looks like they saved the interesting stuff for tommorrow. ahr:180; 4th--not counting platt.

Orienteering (model event) 27:00 [2] *** 2.0 km (13:30 / km)

running around some on the micro-sized model area. trying to get used to the map, check pace count, judge runnability. plenty of bugs today.

with a very ragged LOK relay champs map, time to retire this one. warmer today. ahr:151
