green course at prospect. just running at long-run speed. (warming up for the real competition) the woods here are pretty nice, except for some really steep parts.

a nice run on the river. this is perfect weather for running. quads a little tight today after bike yesterday, causing some tightness in the knee...must stretch that back out before it starts causing irritation.
