| I did some aqua-jogging and then swam a few laps. back has been hurting the last 2 days despite the fact that I haven't done anything that might hurt it recently. I made an appointment to see some sports doctor about it next thursday. |

| it's now inconvenient to go to BSC, so I joined the Waltham athletic club. I get a discount under company benefits, so its super cheap. and there is a pool there for aqua-jogging. hopefully I won't have to do much of that. |
