| running from baldwin hill to beech hill (across the train tracks) and back again. 5 minutes from the end I tripped/fell and hyperextended or twisted my knee. doesn't hurt when I'm sitting around, but when walking I sometimes get sharp pains. hopefully just a sprain? I had planned tomorrow off anyway. |

| a relatively easy tempo run on the track at harvard park. had problems with a cramp that started during the warmup, and came back halfway through the workout. that made it hard to keep the intensity up at the end. at least the beginning felt pretty good.
