| steady rain, didn't see many others out on bikes. but at least I got my free t-shirt. didn't feel too out-of-shape despite the fact that it's been a while since I went this far. I guess the best part of the ride was having the "dora the explorer" song in my head the whole time.
I think I need to get my front fork cleaned out, it sounds like there is fluid gurgling in there after the suspension gets compressed. |

| Some new shoes to mix things up a little. the Nimbii will be done before too long, and rather than get another pair of those (I seem to always wear out the inside of the heels early) I'm trying something totally different, though still in the "cushioned" category. I'm hoping the shoe variety will help reduce my already-high risk of injury. does that count as cross-training? |
