Blue course. it felt like I was moving pretty well out there, and I was happy with the run, but Jon was just a bit quicker. and Brian too in many parts.

No HR for the first third since the watch (haven't used this one in a while) was still paired to a different strap, and I didn't notice. managed to find the rescan menu option on the run.
