with Samantha, after picking blueberries at Butler's orchard. I hadn't been to this section of the Seneca creek trail before, it is nice (not overgrown) and fairly flat. Samantha earned breakfast from Starbucks afterwards by not whining. we did 5/1min run/walk. Great weather too, cool and dry.
