Was actually feeling better but I still struggled doing this workout. I'm not back 100% but I'm pushing through it. I was shocked to see I actually missed two weeks! Really bummed about that but I am going to move forward and still try to make some of my goals. Bloomsday is out though because I know that is one of the hardest races and I'm not ready. Don't want to get injured and can't have that be my first race. I will try to find another race in Jan or Feb. for the first race. Walk pace 17:08
