It felt much better to run/walk today. I am a little sore from yesterday and my tendon is tight.

Felt really good while I was working out. Wasn't a difficult workout but I'm feeling a little sore now....(two hours later). I decided to do some stretching.
Took my Prolong today and didn't forget it and I felt much better.
