Drank coffee, had milk with breakfast, but in late morning had decided I was going to start the Waterfall Diet. Starting this afternoon, I stopped consuming whole eggs, egg whites, and dairy, giving up honey. There's not that much to eliminate from the my normal diet to make it look like the WF Diet, so I'm hoping the 4kg of water weight that I gained this summer will fall away. I consume tons of egg whites and skim milk as both recovery and meal protein, so I've got my fingers crossed that this diet will reveal some intolerance to explain my bloating, water problem. As of my highest weight I am 10 pounds heavier than I was in May, and that's with making my diet cleaner and upping my intensity of workouts.
Couldn't run, too bloated. Lightly jogged for 20 minutes, ran up incline paths, danced at a high intensity for about 20 min, walked home. Did a couple sets of high-ups and 3 sets of push-ups. I spent almost 2 hours outside today.
