Going all P today.

Breakfast: sweet potatoes and cabbage, a handful of pork, a smattering of lima beans (not Paleo, but still not terrible, we have to exhaust our extensive bean stores). I felt full immediately. I usually a eat a huge bowl of oats, banana, and soy milk, but the same huge bowl filled with P food, had me "done" with breakfast rather quickly, maybe because it didn't taste so great. I need to jigger these breakfasts so that they are more mild and "sweeter" than the other meals.

Maybe, walnuts, cold chicken, bananas/sweet potatoes, and celery juice or something. I'm excited about the possibility of this diet, excited that I could eat food without such dramatic and unexpected gastro-troubles.

Ate Paleo all day! Huge hot pot feats and no distension, no gas, or weird heaviness, and I ate a lot!

Run was really good, despite not getting enough sleep. Only will get better!
