Heavy today. Energy good. Weird BM. Ended Day 3 of Intro GAPS, with a T-day feast of sweet potatoes, tomatoes, green beans, and a bit of chicken. I was really carb-loaded today, and bloated last night. I will eat fiber, but work back up to normal levels in the next 3 days.
