CF:
10 burbees (form needs work, back is dipping when tired)
20 air squats
30 sit ups
3 rounds for time: 2:32/2:07/2:31 = aprx
Really feeling the burn on those air squats, especially when I ran 400 m to the bathroom afterward, arms feeling 'done' but they weren't done enough for another...
25 minutes of shooting hoops (vigorously) (accuracy suffered due to burpee arms).
Day 1's a good challenge, but I didn't feel done with running around and playing outside. I like doing more than just CF, the workout needs a good long walk/bball/dance session afterward.
