CrossFit 15:00 [4]

Warm-Up: 200 m jog slow (2:42) + light stretching

Crossfit:

4 rounds of:

burpees 10
squats 25
sit-ups 35

Had to go slow today, otherwise bad form and pain

10 min stretching and pilates

Carrying a lot of water weight. Too many fruit carbs after dinner?

No eggs for 3 days just to see what happens. No fruit for 3 days to see if anything changes. No eating after work.

Keeping carbs to a very small sweet potato after CF workout and coconut water.
