Period. Had night sweats, weird, acting emotional.

Good sleep, 2nd day on Magnesium Citrate, it's effects in sleep/BM are felt by both of us. Weight is still high, but I'm not bloated.

The HIITS was strong, but I feel pain in my chest/lungs, which inhibited me, also felt heavy from period. But I was recovering at 9km/hr easy, after 30-60 sec intervals at 12-13KM/HR, which is very high for me. It was a good workout. I was pretty low energy after wards, I lifted but I felt dizzy, and not strong.

Heavy today. Energy good. Weird BM. Ended Day 3 of Intro GAPS, with a T-day feast of sweet potatoes, tomatoes, green beans, and a bit of chicken. I was really carb-loaded today, and bloated last night. I will eat fiber, but work back up to normal levels in the next 3 days.

feeling low energy after run. It was okay, slow. Woke up with a headache, still retaining water. Going to try a bone broth and meat diet the next couple days, see what happens.

30 min of heavy weight training. Pretty good, despite low sleep, and the vodka the night before.

Still have slight headache, BM good, energy good, though, mood much better since adding more fat. Will make fat a priority now.

Sprints = 12x, pretty good, but I have top upper thigh muscle soreness, weird.

Headache persists, feeling sour, though strong. Feeling still a little flabby, weight is up, weird. No fruit for the next few days, just sweet potatoes post workout.

30 min total body strength, was able to chest press 10 lbs more.

Had sweet potatoes last night and today before run. Had a big persimmon and white rice with dinner, let's see what happens this week.

BMs are getting better, sleep getting better, slight headache still

Sluggish in the beginning, but my top speed (13) and recovery (9) was much higher than the last time. Think the sprints helped. Felt sore for the last 2 days. Yesterday, I cheated for the first time with a very small sample of yogurt. I bloated up pretty bad, felt terrible and ache within a a couple hours, the bloating last all night.

Strength feels good, but still have keto-adaption headaches.

Weight is up, but I'm slimmer, can feel the body comp changes. Still have keto-adaption headaches, but my physical energy is pretty good. I feel strong, more power, if only my brain were on board.

Pretty certain, my weight might drop dramatically at some point, even as the inches come down.

Ketosis headache persists, although ibuprofen helps.

Energy okay, but terrible mood, perhaps effect of PMS.

Jog was purposefull slow, left arch tendon strain started around 30 min.

Started period.
