BOX JUMPS....fuck'em...injured again. Why didn't I learn from my first injury last winter?

Yesterday, I cut a gash in my shin and got 3-4 stitches and huge painful deep bruise.

I googled box jumps (never had before). And lo, I'm not alone in my misery.

Box jumps, you're out. I'll just do tuck jumps and long jumps, same difference anyhow, plus they're probably more functional than box jumps.
