Wow, dropping water weight getting back down to my base.
Added back a half-cup of sweet potatoes and 3 oz of dark choc just for fun, the result was that my run and workouts had just enough energy, still felt winded sooner than normal, but much better than the last 2 days. I think I need to keep eating spotatoes in the morning.

Hit my first low-carb wall today while running and doing strength.
Had to go easier. Gotta fight it out. Second day of laying off the sweet potato or banana for breakfast alongside my cabbage/chicken stir-fry.

Hiking up and down for about an hour.

1st day eliminating all starchy carbs, no sweet potatoes or bananas in the morning. Didn't feel any sig dif.

Paleo diet has stabilized my weight, no ill effects. Only benefits.No gas, feel tighter, no water retention, or bloating, no hunger.

Excellent HIITs workout: 15 steady run, 15 min 8x interval, followed by 30 min of full body strength.
