15 min of jogging

30 min of heavy weight training. Pretty good, despite low sleep, and the vodka the night before.

Still have slight headache, BM good, energy good, though, mood much better since adding more fat. Will make fat a priority now.

slept:7.5 weight:168.1lbs (injured)

Sprints = 12x, pretty good, but I have top upper thigh muscle soreness, weird.

Headache persists, feeling sour, though strong. Feeling still a little flabby, weight is up, weird. No fruit for the next few days, just sweet potatoes post workout.

30 min total body strength, was able to chest press 10 lbs more.

Had sweet potatoes last night and today before run. Had a big persimmon and white rice with dinner, let's see what happens this week.

BMs are getting better, sleep getting better, slight headache still

Sluggish in the beginning, but my top speed (13) and recovery (9) was much higher than the last time. Think the sprints helped. Felt sore for the last 2 days. Yesterday, I cheated for the first time with a very small sample of yogurt. I bloated up pretty bad, felt terrible and ache within a a couple hours, the bloating last all night.

Strength feels good, but still have keto-adaption headaches.
