GERD persists, after a few days. Headaches gone, sleep pretty good.

Looking into Collotrum, for a month of healing leaky gut, just to see.

10 sprints, pretty good, no weird muscles
4-5 sets of push-ups

45 min run, pretty good, cold feet. Legs and chest. Weight is going up, but I'm not bloated feeling, just heavy feeling

slept:8.0 weight:170.4lbs shoes: Moccasins

Recovery was 9 for 1 minute TO 11-13 FOR 1 minute, which is faster and longer than previous HIITs, but my left foot was cold, and it felt like a block hitting the tread, so I had to stop 6-10 minute earlier than I could have gone.

Big headache, couldn't lift much, overall a pretty dreary bad day, too much annoying things to solve
