SLOW Roehampton University Fast run round a short urban course in the university. I think I could have run off faster. I knew I was feeling a little below par on the way home, but I didn't spend as high a proportion in my red HR zone as normal. Add in a couple of silly mistakes on #16 and #23 and I could have saved probably about 30 seconds.
