… on another beautiful autumn morning
Much more gentle run in theory. Top of my left hamstring/sciatic nerve is tight. Feels like I've slipped in to a steady 4:40-45 as my base pace. Was nearly hit by cyclists on the towpath in Kingston which gave me an adrenaline shot for the last two km (4:05, 4:22) before collapsing on the climb home, with nothing left to push in my left leg.

"The [run] is always the same… I'm […] late!" I start off saying to myself that I will take this one slowly, and the first km comes in and "now I'm starting to get enthusiastic about this [run]."

4:34 felt significantly easier than 4:30 on Saturday. Less food in my stomach perhaps?

Absolutely glorious September day out there. 27°C apparently, and so still all I could hear was my feet on the pavement. Beautiful.

Bonus points for getting the film references (same film).
