kettlebells, some medicine ball and some bag work.

adjusted the Minnehaha route a bit to make it more challenging. Also, I seem to have acquired a toe blister yesterday that I discovered as I laced up. It didn't bother me until I decided to retie my shoes after lap two. When I tightened my shoes my toe felt like a balloon with just enough water in it to keep its shape. Proprioreceptors being what there are, the visual was no where near a dramatic, to look at it you can hardly tell anything is off.

None the less I called it for today. This will likely limit my running for the next couple days while I just let it heal.

Kayak 1:30:00 [3]

Took and intro ti Kayaking class from 5:30 to 8:30. I'm only marking 90 minutes of exercise because there was a fair amount of teaching involved. Lessons learned: I'm not as bad at kayaking as I thought and I still suck at going straight.
Looking forward to renting a kayak and doing some more paddling.
