adjusted the Minnehaha route a bit to make it more challenging. Also, I seem to have acquired a toe blister yesterday that I discovered as I laced up. It didn't bother me until I decided to retie my shoes after lap two. When I tightened my shoes my toe felt like a balloon with just enough water in it to keep its shape. Proprioreceptors being what there are, the visual was no where near a dramatic, to look at it you can hardly tell anything is off.
None the less I called it for today. This will likely limit my running for the next couple days while I just let it heal.
