Road running 43:24 [3] 5.06 mi (8:35 / mi)
Megan’s Binning Wood Race.
2 laps of 2.5 miles. Kids did just the first lap. Lucy was upset before the start due to some silly nastiness with the other girls (I am so glad she hangs out with the boys at school and manages to avoid this sort of shit usually!!!) so I ran with her (25:30) then did the other lap by myself (18-ish). Tired and sad.
But went back to Megan’s afterwards which was fun, and she raised a stack of money for dementia, and it is a nice race with a nice atmosphere and I could breathe better today, so good.
