Dunbar parkrun.

Nice course. Died a bit in the last mile. Twisty turney forest path course, so although pancake flat my time was ok.

Orienteering - training 30:00 [3] 2.6 mi (11:32 / mi)

Still pissed off about yesterday, so I probably shouldn’t have tried to go out on the green at today’s course at Barnes Ness. Because I was too pissed off, and got more grumpy and pissed off with each control. And so jacked.

Shadowed Lucy around the orange.

Very funny, as MC started a bit before us and made a total balls up of number one. Then she came past us, and was around us for the rest of the course, going quicker but doing silly things, so Lucy was able to dig in and take a tow. Thanks MC, Lucy was dead chuffed to beat someone as classy as you!

Then I went for a swim with Kate (in the sea, in the frigging SEA!) and it was lovely, and made me marginally less :-(
