Physio - general S&C 50:00 [3]

Jill Stephen (Scotland’s best hill runner just now) has started doing S&C classes for runners for a modest charge. Meadows Pavillion at 7 for quads, hamstrings and glutes every Monday. Hopefully this will help massively as it is basically my Physio exercises, but you’ve paid money to go so you have to do it. In the rain this morning.
