Orienteering - race 46:03 [3] 4.9 mi (9:24 / mi)
Back out to Dreg as Keith Brown added some more courses. Thanks! Ray, Laurence, Freya and Megan did the short long-o, Eilidh, Lucy and Mairi did the light green, as did Jon, Calum and Sandra. When they all got back I handed over Bertie and did the short long o too. It was a nice little course and I just about managed to hold off the youngsters (tho they were both ahead of me at 3!). Then Megan went out again and Sandra went out again twice. Lots of orienteering fun for everyone.
