4 x 800 on the meadows with Alison and Abi. Pulled up on number 5 (of 6) with a hip twinge. Operation don’t-get-out-sprinted-every-time shows green shoots.

After the first few when I thought I might die my breathing got used to it and my legs had stretched out and I felt ok.
